While our Piaggio Apé is from Italy, Houndstooth & Hooch is from Des Moines aka the insurance capital of the world. That is to say we have things covered with general liability and liquor liability insurance. Due to Iowa’s liquor licensing requirements we need at least 45 days to ensure the appropriate licensing is approved.
